Yanzu-yanzu: Majalisar dattawa ta amince da kasafin N819bn na 2022

Majalisar dattijai ta amince da karin kasafin kudi na Naira biliyan 819 na kasafin kudin shekarar 2022.

Wannan ci gaban ya zo ne bayan majalisar dattawa ta tsawaita aiwatar da kasafin kudin shekarar 2022 zuwa ranar 31 ga Maris, 2023.

Majalisar dokokin kasar ta amince da Naira Tiriliyan 17.12 a matsayin kasafin kudin shekarar 2022, amma daga baya aka yi mata kwaskwarima zuwa Naira Tiriliyan 17.31 bisa bukatar Buhari wanda ya bayyana illar yakin Rasha da Ukraine ga tattalin arzikin kasar.

An zartas da karin kasafin ne a ranar Larabar da ta gabata bayan shugaban kwamitin kasafin kudi Jibrin Barau ya gabatar da rahoto yayin zaman majalisar.

Da yake gabatar da rahoton nasa, Jibrin ya ce an yi amfani da kudaden ne domin rage radadin ambaliyar ruwa da kuma kammala wasu ayyuka da suka kai kashi 85 cikin dari.

Shugaban ya ce “[Wannan zai] samar da isassun kudade don rage ambaliyar 2022 da kuma kammala muhimman ayyuka wadanda suka kammala kashi 85 cikin dari,” in ji shugaban.

Matakin da majalisar dattawa ta yanke na amincewa da karin kasafin kudin ya biyo bayan bukatar da shugaban kasa Muhammadu Buhari ya gabatar a makon jiya.

Shugaban ya ce za a ba da karin kudin ne ta hanyar karin rancen cikin gida kuma hakan zai kara gibin kasafin kudin na shekarar 2022 zuwa Naira tiriliyan 8.17 da gibin GDP zuwa kashi 4.43.

“Shekara ta 2022 ta fuskanci bala’in ambaliyar ruwa mafi muni a tarihin baya-bayan nan wanda ya haifar da barna mai yawa ga gonaki a daidai lokacin da ake dab da girbi. Hakan na iya kara ruguza yanayin samar da abinci da gina jiki a kasar nan,” in ji shugaban.

“Ambaliyan ya kuma lalata ababen more rayuwa a fadin jihohi 36 da kuma babban birnin tarayya Abuja, [kuma] ya shafi sassan manyan tituna da gadoji a fadin kasar wadanda ke da matukar muhimmanci ga zirga-zirgar kayayyaki da ayyuka.

“Haka zalika ambaliyan ya shafi bangaren ruwa kuma akwai bukatar a kammala wasu muhimman ayyuka da aka samu wajen kammala ayyuka 85.”
